- Designed for use on any AAI Single Bar Trainer, ELITE™ Uneven Bar, and ELITE™ High Bar
- Requires only your body weight to lower the platform
- Automatically retracts up to its resting position once you leave the platform
- Twin platforms provide 5’ x 24” of spotting surface and have a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs per side
- Platform is easy to install and adjust up and down the bar
