  1. Begin by gently loosening the knob
  2. Raise the lever to unlock the upright
  3. Adjust the upright to your preferred height
  4. Once you’ve achieved your ideal setting, smoothly press the lever down
  5. Finally, secure your adjustment by giving the knob a firm but gentle twist to tighten it
